Tillman Cemetery is a black cemetery located on the north side of Route 66, one and a half miles east of Luther Road. Many of the headstones here are unmarked, or marked only with a rock, showing no names or dates.

Hattie Williams' headstone is a flat red granite marker with a cross and flowers engraved on the upper left. Her inscription reads:

** Hattie was born the year the Spanish-American War began.
** She was three when oil was discovered in Texas, which helped the growth of both Texas and Oklahoma.
** She was nine years old when Oklahoma became a state in 1907.
** In 1917 when the U.S. entered World War I, Hattie was 19.
** Lindbergh began his historic flight in the Spirit of St. Louis when Hattie was 25.
** She was 50 the year of the first non-stop transpacific flight by a jet.
** The U.S. celebrated its Bicentennial when Hattie was 78.
** The year Hattie passed away, Apple introduced iTunes and a whole new electronic age began.
