ABOUT 0.1 MILE SOUTH ALONG WALLACE AVENUE FROM THE POST OFFICE AT KEVIL, THENCE 4.35 MILES EAST ALONG U.S. HIGHWAY 60, OR ABOUT 0.3 MILE WEST ALONG THE ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD FROM THE POST OFFICE AT WEST PADUCAH TO MAXON CROSSING, THENCE 1.1 MILES SOUTH ALONG THE ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD, THENCE 3.1 MILES WEST ALONG U.S. HIGHWAY 60, 146 YARDS WEST OF THE CENTER OF AN INTERSECTION OF THE HIGHWAY AND KELLY ROAD, 109 YARDS WEST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF A DX SERVICE STATION, SET IN THE CENTER OF THE TOP OF THE NORTH CONCRETE HEADWALL OF A BOX CULVERT UNDER THE HIGHWAY, 24 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE AND ABOUT 3 FEET BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE HIGHWAY.
