DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1968 0.9 MI SW FROM WEST PADUCAH. ABOUT 0.3 MILE WEST ALONG THE ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD FROM THE POST OFFICE AT WEST PADUCAH TO MAXON CROSSING, THENCE 0.6 MILE SOUTH ALONG THE ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD, 51 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE CENTER OF A CROSSING OF THE RAILROAD AND STATE HIGHWAY 305 WHICH IS CAIRO ROAD, 47 FEET WEST OF THE WEST RAIL, 44 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE HIGHWAY, 22 1/2 FEET NORTH OF A TELEPHONE POLE WHICH IS BRACED BY A GUY WIRE, 1 1/2 FEET EAST OF A FENCE, 1.4 FEET WEST OF A METAL WITNESS POST, ABOUT 2 1/2 FEET BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE TRACK, AND SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST WHICH PROJECTS 12 INCHES.
