The Simeon P. Smith house was built circa 1810 and was originally located 94 Russell Street. It was moved in the early 1970s to preserve it and make way for an urban renewal project. The Federal style house was built for Simeon Smith, a cooper. The two-story house had four rooms on each floor with a wide central hallway. After the house was moved to 154 The Hill the building was restored and now serves as professional offices.
