This playground is located in a large county-owned park along the Niagara River.

This playground area has changed since I used it as a kid. It used to have one of those large multi-activity play things, but has since been replaced with some swings, a slide, and something to climb on. There are benches and picnic tables for use. Nearby are restrooms, however I'm not sure if they are open all the time. It is only a 200 foot walk from the nearest parking spaces.
