Built in 1935 in a combination of art deco and neo-classical styles, Newark's Pennsylvania Station is the major ground transportation hub serving New Jersey's largest city.
The clock is atop the southern portion of the station using silver hands and geometric designs to represent the hours. It is accompanied by stone-carved florals beside it and below it represenations of grain and livestock.
