Every year there is fire in the skies over the Lac - Leamy Casino, but it's no ordinary fire, as it's beautifully set to music and the people behind it are countries vying for the title of best fireworks display. The 2011 edition had Canada, China, Italy and Germany competing for the title and the Zeus Trophy, which was won by the team from Germany. This years edition promises to be even better. There is a charge to see the show from the Casino, but most people watch from any number of free vantage points. In fact I've posted the waymark coords as a local Canadian Tire parking lot adjacent to the Casino to keep in line with the "free" part of the waymark. I've been here twice and was absolutely amazed, I believe anyone that sees this will as well. This years schedule runs the following days, with each country displaying on a particular day and the finally being at the end:
