The town clock (at least in the county courthouse area) is in a tower at Fire Station 2 in Henderson, North Carolina.

This town clock is right around the corner from the county courthouse, which doesn't have a clock tower. So I guess it made sense in 1908, when the fire station was being built, to include a clock in the station's bell tower. This is a functional clock which chimes on the hour.
