This Orientation table is located close to the summit of a steep hill known locally as The View (Yr Olygfan).
There are a number of steep footpaths that can be taken up to The View from Mochdre. Nearby parking is very limited.
There are some fantastic views of the nearby coastline, towns and of the Snowdonia mountains.
The orientation table has three metal plaques which name all the main features that can be seen from this viewpoint.
There is also a geocache located a few metres from the orientation table.
