On the SE side of Crownsville along Hwy 178, then quarter mile into the fairgrounds. Standing halfway up a hillside to overlook main parking area.
In good condition with painted red shirt, blue jeans, and brown boots. Holds a "Welcome" sign instead of a muffler.
