Richland Springs Central School is a large school with a main center section and L'd wings of that section. It is a brick building with a cupola which houses the clock.
The clock sits in the cupola. The hours markings are in roman numerals. The hands are ornate however they are in keeping with clock. The clock is surrounded by wood trim, with wood highlights are 12, 3, 6 and 9.
