A simple metal cross at the east end of the cemetery.

Maplewood Cemetery is located on the east side of Iroquois, about 1/2 mile from town. US Hiway 14 goes past on the north side and on the east side and the south side are evergreens. On the west side, it is open, but has a fence along the boundary.
The main gate is in the center of the north side of the cemetery and a few gravel roads traverse through the cemetery.
The cross itself is made of galanized pipe, painted gray. It is about 20 feet tall and the cross arm span is about 8 feet across.
