This fountain is in the centre of a sunken rose garden in Hall Leys public park.

It is made of cast and wrought iron and was made by James Allen Sen & Son Ltd in the Elmbank Foundry, Glasgow.

It had ceased to work at some point but was restored in 2004. The supporting column of the fountain has a floral them with plant stems and flowers.
