A large clock on the square tower of the church, blue faced with gold figures and hands. There are two clock faces, one on each of the north and south face of the tower.In 2002 new clock faces and an electronic striking and chiming mechanism were installed to mark 100 years of worship at the church.

The church was built and paid for by E.G.Lancaster, J.P. who is buried in the church grounds, his being the only grave.
