The Barwise Cemetery also known as Barweis Cemetery and Barvise Cemetery was established in 1851. The first burial was a young child Julia Ann Barwise. The cemetery has 42 known graves though there may be more which are unmarked. The cemetery is now inactive with the last burial in the 1920s. The cemetery is fenced and is well maintained.
