The monument is located in a plaza at the far northern edge of O'Donnell Memorial Park. There are sveral covered park benches to allow time to sit and rest or ponder the how the lives of these people that were given for our nation has impacted our own lives.

Description of Memorial:
The monument is actually 3 monuments in the center of a circular plaza. The monument whose text is noted in the description is the tall central monument. The 2 smaller side monuments have listed the names of those citizens from Atlantic City that have died serving our country in various wars. The monuments are made of a grey stone.
