This one is easily sought out to anyone in Rockville as it is right in front of the Courthouse. Also the marker was presented by the Maryland Civil War Centennial Commision.

Gen J.E.B. Stuarts Confederate Cavalry Occupied Rockville June 28, 1863, and Captured 150 U.S. wagons along the Washinton Road, from here they marched to Gettysburg. In July 1864, Gen Jubal Early Passed through Rockville on his way to and from Washington.
