As is the case with most fountains in this region, it is not functional during the winter months; however, during the rest of the year, this beautiful, old fountain puts on a nice show when it is operating.
I found out while researching an old abandoned park in downtown Springdale, that this fountain was relocated here from that old park (WMEDK5).
