This bench is locate din the relatively recently constructed Park Hoge Weide in the the part of Utrecht that is now called Leidse Rijn but until a few years ago it was an independent community of Vleuten.
It is dedicated to Antoon van Schaijk who apparently reached the age of 100 years in 2007.
