Two neighboring utility boxes are painted with faces and splotches of color. The major box is traditional size while the neighboring box, about three feet away, is a one-foot by one-foot tower. They are located on the east (SE) intersection of East Taylor Street and North 21st Street in San Jose, California.

The larger box has two full sized faces painted on the large sides of the box. Several smaller faces decorate the remaining sides of both boxes.
