Located in the heart of Little Italy, this intimate Italian trattoria is a favourite with the dining elite of Toronto. Chef Eugenia Barato spins an upscale cuisine of pasta, seafood, lamb and steak into wonderful entrées seasoned with a dash of the neighbourhood. Inventive appetizers such as grilled polenta with baked mushrooms or flash seared beef carpaccio dressed with black truffle balsamic give way to spaghettini in a roasted tomato veal ragu and a platter of herb infused grilled shrimp.
