This benchmark is in very good, bordering on excellent, condition. It is cut into the wall of a bank at ankle level just to the right of the bank entrance. The entrance is at the junction of Rodney Road and a pedestrianised area known as The Strand. Due to the condition of the mark it can be very easily found.
