This is the City Hall "Ratshof" of Halle. Halle is the largest city in the German state of Saxony-Anhalt. The official name of the city is Halle (Saale). Halle (Saale) is situated in the south of Saxony-Anhalt, close to the river Saale. The unimaginative administration building was built between 1928 to 1929 as an extension of the Old Town Hall. The Old Town Hall was destroyed in the World War two.
Das ist der "Ratshof" von Halle. Halle ist die größe Stadt in Sachsen-Anhalt. Der offizielle Name ist Halle(Saale). Halle liegt im Süden von Sachsen-Anhalt am Fluß Saale.
Der schnörkellose Verwaltungsbau wurde in den Jahere 1928 bis 1929 als Erweiterung für das davor stehende Alte Rathaus erbaut. Nach der Zerstörung des Alten Rathauses im zweiten Weltkrieg, dient es als Sitz des Oberbürgermeisters und der Stadtverwaltung.

Das Alte Rathaus der Stadt Halle an der Saale war vom 13./14. Jahrhundert bis 1945 Sitz der städtischen Verwaltung. Es befand sich an der Ostseite des halleschen Marktplatzes auf einer derzeit unbebauten Fläche, vor dem 1928/29 als Hintergebäude des Alten Rathauses errichteten Ratshof.
