The station is a Pennsylvania Geodetic Survey traverse station disk stamped Y 11 1939 in Sandy Lake, Mercer County, Pennsylvania. The station is at the northwest corner of North Main and Lake Streets, 38.0 feet west of the center line of North Main Street, 35.0 feet north of the center line of Lake Street, and 1.0 foot south of the south wall of Little Sandy Creek Restaurant. It is set in the top of a 6-inch square concrete post flush with the sidewalk.
