The St. Martini Evangelical Lutheran Church was built in 1887 to serve the growing German immigrant population in Milwaukee. The brick church building was designed by Herman Paul Schnetzky in a Gothic Revival style. The original cost of the church was about $15,000. The church building is in good condition and continues to serve its congregation.
