The 100' tall Chance Giant Ferris Wheel was added to Waldameer Park's lineup in 1994. The height of the wheel gives riders a spectacular view of Presque Isle State Park and Lake Erie.

Waldameer Park and Waterworld opened in 1900 as a stop for trolley riders. Since then it has grown in both size and popularity. The park is open Tuesday - Sunday from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Check their website at (visit link) for hours as they do very throughout the year. Admission to the park is free but of course there is a fee to ride.
