Springfield is actively developing and beautifying its tourists areas to make it a more pleasant place for residents and visitors. Several of these cylindrical "You Are Here" maps are located outside major attractions. This one is on the sidewalk near the south entrance to the Basketball Hall of Fame, at the newly refurbished riverfront park. It is highly noticeable as you leave the Hall of Fame building and enter the south parking area.
