A regular car ferry service that links Amherst Island with the village of Millhaven in Loyalist Township, 3 km north on the Ontario mainland.

The 33-car Frontenac II provides the regular service, 365 days a year.

The ferry runs on an hourly schedule from 6:00 am to 1:30 am. It leaves Millhaven thirty minutes past the hour and Stella (Amherst Island) on the hour
