AT DALTON, NEAR THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF WEST CRAWFORD STREET AND SOUTH HAMILTON STREET, SET VERTICALLY IN THE EAST FACE OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE STONE FOUNDATION TO THE OLD POST OFFICE RED BRICK BUILDING, 1.8 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE BUILDING, 1 1/2 FEET ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE GROUND AND ABOUT 2 1/2 FEET ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE STREETS.
