The Millennium Clock was installed into an alcove on the side wall of a building. It is facing St. George's St in the heart of Hebden Bridge.
This blue, white and gold face clock is surrounded by the planets of our galaxy with half a sun at the top and bottom of it.
The inscription above the clock says:
Millennium Clock 2000 AD.
The Funds for this clock were raised by public subscription and presented to the town by the Rotary Club of Hebden Bridge.
The names of the major subscribers are listed below the clock.
Hebden Bridge is a nice market town in the Pennine Hills, West Yorkshire, England.
