This piece is very representative of Henry Moore's work. The English artist is known for his monumental works. Many of his pieces, although, abstract, are based, liked this, on the human form. This work, one could argue, resembles a standing female form with her back arched and arms extended in the air. But, the piece is really too abstract to be able to say that definitively.
