The memorial stone is in the front lawn of the VFW Hall located at the corner of Mill Street and Clinton Street. The date of the Charter for this VFW is also included on the plaque.

Description of Memorial:
The memorial is a brass plaque on a rock, sitting in the front lawn of the VFW Hall. There is a flag pole directly behind the rock. The area immediately surrouding the rock has muclh several small US flags and some bulb plants.
