Davis is the family friendly restaurant in town. Markle has several good places to eat that you don't come across when passing by on 224 or the interstate. Its only a few minutes to the old section of downtown and you will find Davis as well as two other places to eat and a sweets bakery. If you are looking to get away from the interstate chains give one of them a try.
Davis serves a good American menu with daily specials. The day we visited the specials were 8oz sirloin steak, all you can eat chicken, sausage sandwich with fries, and ham and beans.
