A memorial to a long serving warden of the church in Llangorwen. He served as warden for 26 years until he died in 1963.
The gates to the right of it were donated as a memorial from his sisters.
The plaque reads:-
In loving memory of
Basil Parry Griffiths
of Wallog
26 years Warden of the church
died 16th February 1963
These gates were given by his sisters
