At the southeast corner of this building at 408 W. 6th Street at the 4th floor level, a ghost sign reads "POLAR BEAR COFFEE." This building is known as the Petroleum Building and is a Contributing Building to the Okmulgee Downtown Historic District. Vacant at this time, it appears that it is in the process of being renovated.
