The celebration starts with a naturalization ceremony for new citizens, dances, fashion shows with native dress, concerts, displays, and food stands with the many cultures of Sioux Falls participating. It is a celebration of the ethnic diversity in this great city and a chance to share a little of each country’s heritage with the public. 2011 marks the 15th year for this community festival.
