The building at 111 S. Muskogee Avenue appears to be vacant, although a wood sign above the door reads "Okmulgee Custom Body Shop."
This is a two-story brick building that is a contributing building to the Downtown Historic District. It is in poor condition and in need of repair. Windows are broken, and the overhead door at the front is damaged.
On the upper portion of the south wall is a nicely preserved ghost sign reading "Knapp Adv. Co. LARGEST IN THE SOUTHWEST".
