The confluence of Seneca Creek and the Potomac River can be accessed at C&O canal lock #24 on Riley's Lock Road. Mile 22.8 on the C&O towpath.

Seneca Creek is crossed by the C&O Canal viaduct just before it runs into the Potomac River. There is a Maryland state boat ramp on the creek. I have paddled from the ramp out into the river. Lots of history with the C&O lock and canal tow path.
