The building at 504 W. 4th Street is a one-story brick building with a gabled roof. It sits behind a high chain link fence and is abandoned.
On the front of the building is a well-preserved ghost reading: "FORREST ENTERPRISES / Free Estimates / AUTO & TRUCK BODY SHOP Ph. 756-3732". A drawing of a tractor-trailer cab is shown in the upper right corner.
