This memorial plaque is located on the south wall of St. James Episcopal Church. The church itself is very historic founded in 1744. The churchyard cemetery has many graves of prominent Revolutionary War veterans. The most notable member of this church from the time of the Revolution is George Ross, signer of the Declaration of Independence.
Parking is available on East Orange St. (small meter fee weekdays only).
