According to the owners this was the first tattoo parlor established in Clearfield, Utah. There is a mural on the back that was painted 10 years ago. When I asked about the first and finest they admitted that they are indeed the first tattoo parlor in Clearfield and also the finest tattoo parlor in Clearfield.
