The car park (and the traditional NT sign) for Glan Faenol are located about 1 mile from the A487. Although there is access for those on foot from the A487, those in a vehicle must follow the signs from Parc Menai.
There are a number of paths that can be followed through parkland and woodland and there are great views of the Menai Strait and of Plas Newydd on its opposite shore.
There is a small picnic area near the car park.
