Men-Cal is a full service recycling center. Rather that having containers, you drive into a building at the materal is taken from your car. This is not for one or two items but rather for the carload.

Mencal is a place where you can go to drop off carloads of recyclable materials. You drive into the building and then give the materials to the attendant. They are presorted there to seperate different types of materials, weight and a reciept issued. Then you take the reciept to the window outside and there you get money for your recyclables.
