This is a house in the typical traditional style in the lower part of Bergün.
It has an inscription and the date 1747 above the door. The inscription is in the Romansh dialect of Putér, and I have not been able to find a translation. There is another inscription in archaic German further up the wall, but this is much longer and cannot be the same.
