Silver colored disk is located on the ground in the roadway where Millcreek Road dead ends on the Western side of the Clarion River in Clarion County, PA. There is room to turn around at the dead end and if you can't find the monument you may simply need to move your vehicle. CAUTION - MILLCREEK ROAD ENDS AT AN OLD BRIDGE ABUTMENT. DO NOT DRIVE OFF IT.

Bridge abutment immediately to the east and steep river hill about 10 feet west of the monument.
What property is this mark defining?:
I believe this survey monument was used in the layout/construction of Piney Dam which is approximately 11 miles downstream.
