This utility box has one side that depicts a Christmas tree. Since the depiction is rather crude, it would appear that this was probably NOT a commissioned artwork as are most of the artistic utility boxes in San Diego. On another side of the box is a childlike depiction of a face in a black circle (balloon?). There is no information about the artist, date or title at the site.
