Blazon (heraldic description):
At the top of the coat of arms is a papal hat with decorative tassels hanging from it. Directly beneath the hat is a two-armed cross. On the left side of the cross is a crown; on the right side is a figure I don't recognize. Below the cross is a shield which has three crosslets along its top. Below the three crosslets is a chevron between three owls. Below the shield are the Latin words "Virtus in Arduis."
