There is a nautical flagpole out front of this municipal building. It stand in the center of a circular area which doubles as a war memorial with rounded coping and incised tributes to various wars.

This large, metal nautical, flag pole is in the middle of a roundabout. Facing the building, the township flag is on the left, our state flag bearing the motto "Liberty and Prosperity", flaps to the left and beneath. Immediately above this is a black MIA flag and naturally, the top flag is reserved for our country.
