?Josef Kajetan Tyl, prosluly cesky herec, dramatik, spisovatel a narodni buditel se v Domazlicich objevil prvne v roce 1829, kdy zde tezce onemocnel. Podruhe navstivil Domazlice v roce 1853 s hereckou spolecnosti, ktera se zde rozpadla. Tylovi, jehoz rodina tu zila v tech nejnuznejsich pomerech, se zde roku 1853 narodil nemanzelsky syn Frantisek. Zanedlouho pote odesel Tyl s rodinou do Plzne. V roce 1926 byla na namesti na dome odhalena Tylovi pametni deska.
Josef Kajetan Tyl, famous Czech actor, playwright, writer and national revivalist in Domažlice first appeared in 1829, when gravely ill. Domazlice visited the second time in 1853 with the troupe, which disbanded here. Tyl, whose family had lived in the most wretched circumstances, in 1853 there was born the illegitimate son of Frank. Shortly thereafter he moved with his family to Plzen. In 1926 the square of the house plaque unveiled Tyl.
