Informacní kancelár Národního parku. Národní park Šumava vzniknul v roce 1991, jako puvodní chránená krajinná oblast. Jeho hlavní úkol je chránit unikátní prírodu a zvírata.
Národní park tvorí nejvetší souvislá plocha lesu ve strední Evrope.
Informacní kancelár je v centru mesta Plzne, jejím hlavním úkolem je pripravit návštevníky pro návštevu národního parku. Mají možnost si koupit mapy dané oblasti, rezervovat ubytování, seznámit se s nabídkou atrakcí.
Jako další aktivity jsou možnost kopírování, prodej pohledu, prodej knih, atd.
Information Office of the National Park. Sumava National Park originated in 1991 as the original protected area. Its main task is to protect the unique nature and animals.
